During normal use, we do not store video or audio from sessions. Minimal session metadata (session ID, timestamps, connection quality) may be retained for up to 72 hours for abuse prevention purposes.
When a user submits a report, the report record (reason, session metadata) is stored for up to 180 days to enable moderation. IP hashes and device fingerprints associated with bans are retained for up to 30 days.
This platform does not record, store, or transmit any video or audio content from sessions. All media streams are peer-to-peer (WebRTC) and are not routed through our servers except when TURN relay is required for connectivity.
Account creation is not required in Phase 1. Sessions are identified by anonymous session tokens generated at connection time.
This service will comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR (EU), COPPA (US), and the Japanese Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Full compliance documentation will be published before public launch.
